Cancellation policy
We can only offer a full refund if your booking is confirmed and cancelled at least 7 days in advance. If the booking is made within the 7 day cancellation period you are expected to be able to attend on the date that you have reserved. Positive Massage is unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the companies complete discretion.

The contract
Six calendar months required for minimum length of contract.

Making your booking
All bookings are prepaid at the time of making the reservation. Only one credit / debit card per booking can be accepted. Positive Massage reserves the right to charge this card with any outstanding money owing by you, if any outstanding money is not settled at the end of your Day.

Online Payment/ordering
Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email. When booking, full payment is required for on-line bookings. No reservations can be accepted as binding on the Company. All transactions for services or products purchased, by credit card will incur an additional £3.00 charge for transactions. Any payments made by credit card please note there is a default period of 30 days allowed for payment of services/products used. Positive Massage has the right to charge 50% (of full amount of fixed payment) interest on late payments and claim compensation for debt recovery costs. No refund will be given for ‘no shows’ (customers that do not attend their timeslot/customers who simply change his or her mind to having a treatment) unless caused by significant acts of negligence on the part of the company.

Whilst every effort is upheld to ensure all order alterations are carried through, Positive Massage cannot guarantee alterations are received before the order is processed and delivered.

Positive Massage has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Please note that all pricing is subject to change.

Credit card misuse
Positive Massage will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from Positive Massage.

All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Positive Massage Limited for their use by any person other than such holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
